1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the SplitRoulette mobile application ("App"), operated by DormData Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms herein, you must refrain from using the App.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of legal consent in your jurisdiction) to use SplitRoulette. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration & Authentication

SplitRoulette offers both Guest access and account registration via standard authentication providers, including Email registration and Apple Sign-In.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Guest play data is stored locally on your device unless synced to a registered profile.
• You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update account details if needed.

4. Entertainment-Only Nature & No Payment Processing

• No Money Transfer: SplitRoulette does NOT process, transfer, collect, or settle money between players or users.
• No Financial Advice: Split calculations and percentages displayed are suggested results for entertainment. They do not constitute financial advice or legal debt.
• Consenting Participants: Participants should only use the App when all group members voluntarily agree to abide by the roulette outcome.

5. Pro Features & Apple In-App Purchases

SplitRoulette offers premium features ("Pro Modes", "Pro Themes", and custom roulette assets) available through Apple In-App Purchases (In-App Subscriptions or Lifetime Unlock).

• Apple Billing: All purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple App Store billing. SplitRoulette does not directly handle or store payment card credentials.
• Auto-Renewal: Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in your Apple ID Subscription Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds & Cancellation: Subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests are handled directly by Apple according to Apple App Store policies.
• Restore Purchases: You may restore previous purchases on compatible devices via the "Restore Purchases" option in the App Settings screen.

6. User Content & Acceptable Conduct

You are responsible for player names, profile pictures, and split notes entered into the App. You agree not to enter offensive, unlawful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to restrict access for violations of acceptable use.

7. Account Deletion & Clearing History

You may clear your local and account split history or initiate permanent account deletion at any time directly through the Profile → Settings screen inside the App. Account deletion removes your account credentials and personal profile data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL DORMDATA STUDIO OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Governing Law & Contact Information

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of California, USA.
